The vineyards
Human ressources:
- 1 production manager,
- 8 high-skilled vineyard workers.
Material means:
- 45 hectares (110,25 acres) spread over 7 villages in the Marne Valley: 12 hectares of Chardonnay, 29,50 hectares of Pinot Meunier, 3.50 hectares of Pinot Noir, with an average of 31 years for the vineyards.
- Implementation of frost fighting systems.

The cellars
Human ressources:
- One oenologist,
- 3 Viticulture-Oenology skilled technicians
Material means:
- The vat-room, with a capacity of 10 000 hectolitres is equipped with:
- 50 vats heat-controlled
- 2 mixed tanks of 600 hectoliters each
- 70 oak barrels,
- 3 8,000 kilos quality-approved pneumatic presses. The last one have been bought for the harvest 2008
- full wine-making equipment.
Main development axis: improvement of the global quality insurance in the cellars.
